By supporting MAKOBO you are contributing to an effective social support alternative, focusing on NUTRITION, EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT and SOCIAL INSERTION. These integrated initiatives contribute to:
✔ Offer at least one decent meal a day to needy people in a context of social exclusion;
✔ Promote healthy eating, especially for children and elderly people in a state of vulnerability;
✔ Support vocational training and promote employment and social inclusion for people in situations of exclusion;
✔ Support literacy (spelling and reading) of children living on the outskirts of urban centers and rural communities;
✔ Avoiding Rural Exodus – Fixing Youth in Communities;
✔ Strengthen the propagation and reforestation of endogenous species;
✔ Value local culture and tradition;
✔ Establish a NUTRITIONAL BANK in Mozambique;
✔ Establish a Basic Social Solidarity System for access to Health – Education, Employment, Transport and Housing for underprivileged people;
✔ Rescue the spirit of Sharing and Solidarity;
