The Solidarity Soup is a strategy to build an alternative basic social service for the insertion and training (personal and professional) of individuals in extreme poverty, in a context of social exclusion, simultaneously promoting awareness-raising actions on the drama of malnutrition and chronic malnutrition of a large part of the Mozambican population. It also seeks to mobilize support for accessing and improving the quality of education and health in our country.<\/p>

Objective:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

Identify, train and integrate disadvantaged individuals in programmatic activities, aiming to promote skills so that they are able to contribute in a supported and sustainable way, to the satisfaction of their basic needs, and ultimately contribute actively to economic and social development from the country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Solidary Soup<\/strong><\/span>, offers daily about 2600 soups<\/strong><\/span>,\u00a0 benefiting mainly children, the elderly, the disabled in needy families, ensuring that they have at least one decent meal a day.<\/p>

Location: <\/strong><\/span>Neighborhoods and needy communities in the City and Province of Maputo.<\/p>

Schedule:<\/span> <\/strong>Every day from 14:00 to 21:00.<\/p>

Nutritional support initiative aimed at underprivileged children, aged between 3 and 17 years old, living in slums, attending public primary education in Mozambique.<\/p>

Objective:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

\u2b50 Combat Malnutrition, chronic malnutrition and illiteracy.<\/p>

\u2b50Improve the performance and school retention of underprivileged children, from 6 to 17 years old, living in slums.<\/p>

\u2b50Contribute to the reduction of malnutrition and chronic malnutrition rates in Mozambique.
\u2b50Basically, it consists in allocating, on a daily basis, a School Meal composed of:<\/p>

\u2b50 1 (one) soup;<\/p>

\u2b50 1 (one) bread;<\/p>

\u2b501 (one) juice box\/cup of milk;<\/p>
